The Opportunity

We are hiring Personal Trainers across multiple levels:

• Newly qualified coaches building strong foundations

• Established PTs managing full client lists

• Senior trainers with mentoring experience

• Elite coaches seeking leadership and education roles

Your entry level will be based on experience, track record, and capability.

Our Career Structure

We operate a clear tiered pathway:

• Apprentice PT – Level 3 qualified

• Personal Trainer – 1–2 years experience

• Senior PT – 2–5 years + mentoring capability

• Elite PT – 5+ years + advanced education

Each tier has defined standards, earning structure, and progression criteria.

Key Responsibilities (Level Dependent)

• Deliver consistently high-quality coaching

• Build and retain your client list

• Run structured consultations and programmes

• Uphold gym-floor standards and team culture

• Mentor junior trainers (Senior & Elite)

• Lead service projects (Senior & Elite)

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 PT qualification (minimum)

• Strong technical foundations

• High interpersonal skills

Experience Guidelines:

• Apprentice: Newly qualified

• PT: 1–2 years

• Senior: 2–5 years + mentoring

• Elite: 5+ years + specialist education

Compensation Breakdown

OTE: £27,000–£45,000+
(Base Salary + Commission + GA Bonuses + Incentives)

• Base Salary: £25,000–£30,000 (tier dependent)

• Quarterly Commission: Client list size and training frequency

• Bonuses: New client conversions & annual club performance

• CPD Fund: £600–£1,000 per year

• Leadership & project incentives (Senior & Elite)
