The role:

As a full-time Veterinary Officer, you’ll blend leadership with clinical practice. You will mentor teams, support operations and drive quality care across multiple clinics.

Responsibilities:

Work 1–2 days a week clinically and the rest non-clinically.

Support through hiring, onboarding and new site start ups.

Nurture a culture of learning and support. Support clinic operations, financial performance/forecasting and team well-being.

About You:

Must be MRCVS registered with extensive clinical experience and leadership experience e.g Head Vet, Clinical Director. Natural leader and mentor with a head for strategy and a heart for people.

Ability to adapt to varied working weeks across different sites whilst continuously maintaining an adaptable approach.
