About the role
As a Growth Manager at Futurice, you’ll be part of our Growth Team, helping clients and colleagues solve complex challenges and create meaningful impact.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll:
Lead and execute proactive demand generation across industry, domain, and account-based campaigns
Plan and deliver hands-on outreach (messaging, sequences, follow-ups, CRM) alongside leadership and practitioner networks
Partner with service line leads to turn expertise into compelling, service-linked offers
Run a calendar of small, high-impact events (dinners, roundtables, seminars, Future Leadership series)
Maximise the impact of existing assets (insight reports, AI prototypes, demos) across campaigns and content
Build and manage target account lists and decision-maker maps in key sectors
Track performance against pipeline contribution and iterate based on results
Own campaign delivery within the wider demand generation strategy
Support structured ABM and deep research for strategic accounts
Report clearly on performance and where to focus next
Skills & Requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
6+ years in a new business, demand generation or growth role within a B2B agency, consultancy or professional services firm
Track record of designing and running proactive demand generation campaigns end-to-end, with clear pipeline outcomes attached
Comfortable doing the outreach yourself — writing sequences, sending them, working CRM, following up
Skilled at translating practitioner expertise and thought leadership into propositions and offers that travel
Working knowledge of, or genuine curiosity about, AI, software engineering, design, digital strategy and product development
Confident in a flat, entrepreneurial environment, with a clear bias toward outward output over internal process
Experience in one or more of our priority sectors is a plus: automotive & manufacturing, legal, energy, media, not-for-profit

Flexible, remote-first working with colleagues across the UK and EU.
Private health insurance (WPA), pension contributions (6%+), and wellbeing support (£50/month via Juno).
25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off — increasing by 1 day per year after 3 years’ service (capped at 30).
A tiered parental leave policy (16 weeks maternity, 4 weeks partner, full pay depending on tenure).
EV salary sacrifice scheme (depending on tenure).
Next steps — who you’ll meet and for what
We aim to make the process clear, human, and respectful of your time:

Skills-based interview (60m) – with 2 team members from our Futurice team
Ways of working & values interview (45m) – with a cross-functional duo.
