Join the professional premises team of a highly selective independent school known for its commitment to maintaining exceptional inner-city facilities. This role requires a professional with high standards for security, compliance, and building maintenance.
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year).
- Working Hours: Standard 37 hours per week (flexibility required).
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Operational Leadership: Oversight of all operational functions and management of a small premises team.
- Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for all site security, fire safety, and adherence to all H&S legislation.
- Facilities Management: Managing contractors for specialist services and overseeing all reactive and planned maintenance.
Essential Requirements & Benefits
- Candidate Profile: Significant managerial experience in a similar setting, comprehensive knowledge of building maintenance systems, and H&S certification.
- Compensation: Highly competitive salary, dependent on experience and qualifications (ranging from £38,000 – £45,000+).
