We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Year 3 Teacher to join our friendly and inclusive primary school in Hounslow. This is a full-time, permanent position starting after the October half term , offering a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and development in Key Stage 2.
This role will involve teaching a diverse class with a high proportion of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), so we are looking for a teacher who is patient, adaptable, and committed to creating an inclusive classroom where every child can thrive.
Year 3 Teacher – Hounslow (Full-Time, Permanent)
Start Date: After October Half Term 2025
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time, Term Time Only
Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on Experience)
Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 3 pupils.
- Support pupils with a range of SEN needs, ensuring lessons are accessible and inclusive.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Foster a nurturing, positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
- Collaborate closely with SEN staff, support assistants, and parents to meet individual learning goals.
- Contribute to the wider school community through teamwork and shared initiatives.
