Cash Operations Executive
The duties of the Cash Operations Executive include:
- Managing daily cash postings and allocations from bank statements into internal lending systems
- Investigating and resolving unallocated cash, reconciliation breaks, and discrepancies
- Overseeing the full direct debit lifecycle, including file preparation, submission, and exception handling
- Processing participation payments and ensuring accurate allocation across multiple entities
- Preparing and executing payment runs with appropriate controls and approvals
- Supporting month-end close, reconciliations, and audit requirements
- Maintaining robust documentation and contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives
