Food and Beverage Supervisor – Corporate Head Office

This position involves the day-to-day running of the food servery area alongside barista duties. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the space is consistently well-presented, organised, and operating smoothly, while delivering high-quality coffee and excellent service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily setup and running of the food servery area
- Prepare and serve barista-style coffee to a high standard
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout
- Monitor stock levels and ensure displays are fresh and appealing
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- A calm, organised approach in a busy environment
- A touch of finesse in both service and execution
- Previous barista or hospitality experience
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of the space
