360 Operator - Hayes, Greater London

FM Conway are currently recruiting for a 360 Operator to join our Recycling Yard. As our 360 Operator, you will be responsible for managing incoming materials as well as those already on site. Using these materials, you will operate the crusher to produce a range of our recycled products. This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday- Friday, 3:00pm-12:00pm at our Heathrow depot.

The duties of the 360 Operator role will include:

- Feeding raw material to a crusher, screener or similar

- Managing incoming materials

- Loading vehicles using a loading shovel where required

- Monitoring quality and production to achieve desired volumes

- Daily maintenance and pre-start check of all plant

- Operating mobile plant efficiently, safely and environmentally friendly

- Ensuring site health and safety procedures are implemented

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for an experienced 360 Operator who is comfortable working as part of a team as well as alone. The successful candidate will be required to supervise the yard effectively from a production, quality and health & safety perspective. Good standards with regards to general housekeeping and a positive, interdependent attitude is required.
