The Revenue Operations team at Sportradar is at the heart of our growth engine. We partner closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to drive revenue planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives that directly impact the company’s success. THE CHALLENGE:

As a Sr Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll be shaping the future of Sportradar’s commercial strategy. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, where your insights will directly influence how we grow, price, and scale our business globally.

You’ll lead the design and evolution of revenue models that power decision-making across our core product lines. From building dynamic forecasting frameworks to supporting bespoke deal structures, you’ll be the go-to expert for translating complex data into actionable strategy. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to drive clarity on performance, unlock new growth opportunities, and ensure we’re making the smartest bets in a fast-moving market.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving ambiguous problems, enjoys building from scratch, and wants to see their work directly impact revenue, product launches, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Planning and Modeling

  • Design short and long-term revenue models in partnerships with Sales, Product and Finance to chart Company's annual growth projections
  • Lead revenue planning for new product launches, serving as a financial expert between the Sales and Product teams
  • Work closely with Go-To-Market teams on key customer accounts and growth plans

Forecast and Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into revenue performance and business health
  • Assist with sales pipeline management and provide key insights to drive forecast accuracy and deal efficiency

Strategic Projects

  • Conduct market research to influence long-term revenue planning
  • Deliver financial models and simulations for bespoke deal structures and terms
  • Develop comprehensive ARR forecast and quota models aligned with company goals

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2+ years in FP&A, RevOps, Consulting, or other related role
  • Relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Management or similar
  • Proven ability to build and manage complex financial models and forecasting tools
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategic insights
  • Experience working with revenue share models or client-reported data is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with global stakeholders
  • Passion for sports, data, and driving commercial impact

Additional Information



The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on

qualifications

and working experience.
