International Sales Planner
About Acast
Since 2014, Acast has been building the world’s most valuable podcast marketplace, creating the technology that connects podcast creators, advertisers, and listeners. Its marketplace spans more than 140,000 podcasts, 3,300 advertisers, and one billion quarterly listens. Crucially, those listens are monetized wherever they happen—across any podcast app or listening platform.
About the role
Acast is looking for an International Sales Planner to join our team and bridge the gap between sales and operations. By collaborating with our Sales, Content, and Ad-ops teams to deliver relevant and timely media plans, you will be key in aiding our sales team to drive brand briefs into successful campaigns. You will immerse yourself in our content to plan across multiple formats based on client KPIs, playing a vital role in growing our sales across international markets.
What you´ll do
Media Plan Compilation: Compile media plans that indicate podcasts, formats, and campaign scale for advertiser budgets across multiple markets.
Podcaster Relationship Management: Liaise with the world’s best podcasts to understand talent affinity for brands, as well as recording and release schedules.
Relationship Management: Offer highest-level customer service to agency and brand clients while working in tandem with internal teams, from Creative and Insights to Campaign Management.
Campaign Booking & Set-up: Utilize Acast’s systems to book campaigns in line with contracts and available inventory, ensuring correct advert targeting.
Delivery & Reporting: Manage day-to-day "ads" campaigns once live, reporting on performance and liaising with clients to ensure full delivery.
Execution: Seamlessly plan and execute campaigns across various formats with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
Who you are
Highly Organized: You have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with consistency and precision.
Technically Proficient: Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must for this role.
A Strong Communicator: You possess the interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with diverse teams across the globe.
Creative & Inquisitive: You have a genuine desire to learn and a creative mindset that allows you to build plans based on specific client KPIs.
Language Skills: Knowledge of an additional language(s) is considered a plus.
Culture

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin or any of the other wonderful characteristics that make us different.
