Zotefoams plc is a world leader in cellular material technology, headquartered in Croydon, UK, with additional manufacturing sites in Kentucky, USA and Brzeg, Poland, Oklahoma, USA (foam products manufacture and conversion) and Jiangsu Province, China (T-FIT).

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Results Delivery Office (RDO) to lead and manage Zotefoams’ RDO. This pivotal role will oversee major strategic initiatives, including international site openings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and the delivery of high-impact projects that underpin Zotefoams’ growth strategy.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to global business objectives, while driving excellence in project management standards and practices.

Role Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy : Lead the RDO, ensuring strategic initiatives (site openings, M&A integration) are delivered successfully and aligned to business goals.
• Project Oversight : Direct and mentor teams managing large-scale, international projects, ensuring timely delivery and strong risk management.
• Resource & Budget Management : Manage budgets, resources, and external contractors across global projects.
• Process Improvement : Develop and embed best-practice methodologies, processes, and reporting frameworks across the organisation.
• Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across multiple international projects.
• Reporting & Communication : Provide clear updates to senior leadership, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll need:

• Extensive experience leading a PMO/RDO or equivalent, with responsibility for international projects.
• Strong track record in delivering complex global programmes including site openings and M&A integration.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven success managing large budgets, resources, and multi-regional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive results in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with agile and traditional project management methodologies, and the ability to flex approaches.

Desirable

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
• Experience in manufacturing, ideally within chemicals, polymers, or foam production.
