PAYROLL SERVICES - SUMMER STUDENT POSITION(S)One (1) is required to work in Payroll Services. The successful candidate will assist the Payroll Services team with filing (manual and electronic), sorting, scanning documentation, photocopying, verifying information and other duties as required. Must be able to lift upwards of 20lb. Data entry and data verification may also be required.Candidates must be 16 years of age or older, currently attending school full time and must be returning to school full time in 2026 September. Submit a copy of your current school timetable with your electronic application (transcripts will not be accepted in lieu of a timetable). Please note that if you do not have proof of enrollment for 2026 September at this time, TVDSB will be able to extend an offer with a proof of enrollment as a condition of continued employment.Dates of Employment: 2026 July 06 to 2026 August 20 Location: Education Centre, 1250 Dundas StreetHours of Work: 28 hours per weekMonday-Thursday: 0800 -1600 with an hour unpaid lunchRate of Pay: 17.60 per hour plus 4 % vacation pay (over 18 years of age)Expiry Date:2025 December 31PLEASE NOTE ALL SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. A SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER; and
2. IF 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK FOR WORKING WITH VULNERABLE PERSONS.
3.
