Mid Market Account Executive - Nordics
Sweep is hiring a Mid Market Account Executive, tasked with continuing building Sweep's presence in the Nordics by establishing relationships with prospective clients and turning them into successful customers.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced salesperson, with the ability to engage in both business and technical conversations, across multiple levels in complex organisations.
You have a strong understanding of the buyer journey and can lead multi-thread complex selling in a consultative manner.
You show great skills at creating value in an emerging market and enjoy selling a tool that requires a deep understanding of the product, and technical knowledge.
Finally, you are keen to contribute to the development of the sales process, the craft of our value proposition, and the creation of key tools and assets.
Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?
As part of the Sales Team, you are on the front line of the sales process for the Enterprise team, working on closing the opportunities and making sure the success team can deliver real impact for our customers.
To be more specific, this includes:
- Own an account list and develop account plans to win and expand business with upper mid-market and Enterprise accounts.
- Full accountability for closing business within your own sales pipeline with a consultative and solutions focussed approach.
- Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing and SDR team to requalify the leads.
- Work with company leaders from different functions (Sustainability, Engineering, Digital, Risk, etc.) to lead product workshops and presentations.
- Sell to a multi-personas buying center (operational, C-level, legal, procurement, etc).
- Collaborate with the sales engineering team and the success team to make sure we deliver value to our customers.
- Manage the data of the clients in Salesforce.
- Organise your prospecting campaigns together with the marketing team.
- Help develop and refine our sales process.
That sounds just right for me. What do I need to bring?
Glad you asked. This is who we’re looking for:
Qualifications 🏆
- You bring a minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Experience in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B Enterprise space
- Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
- Ability to lead intricate negotiations
- Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CSR and climate change is a clear plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- Swedish or Danish is a big plus
Qualities 🧠
- You’re an empathetic team player that is great at building lasting relationships, both internally and externally
- A strategic thinker, who sees both the big picture and the smaller underlying mechanics
- An expert communicator, with a knack for turning complex things into simple, engaging and fun interactions
- A hands-on problem solver, self-motivated with a glass half-full attitude
- An entrepreneurial mind, ready to launch and fail and iterate
- Attuned to remote collaboration, using digital tools and meticulously documenting work
- A desire and ambition to grow, mentor and support other members on the team
At Sweep, artificial intelligence is part of how we work, learn, and build. Every team member uses AI tools daily to speed up operations, improve decision making, and unlock creativity. We don’t expect you to be an expert on day one, but we do expect curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and the desire to use AI as a true partner in your work.
Whether it's analyzing information, drafting content, improving workflows, designing better employee experiences, or supporting distributed teams, you’ll use AI to work faster and smarter. We provide guidance, tools, and best practices so you can get the most out of it.
We’re looking for candidates who already have hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional setting. You should be comfortable using AI to support your daily work, enhance productivity, and create new solutions. If you naturally reach for AI to amplify what you do, you’ll feel right at home here.
Copy that. And what’s in it for me?
You will be joining an exciting young business that has the humble ambition to change the world. With a proven track record in starting companies, we’re planning to hit the ground running and have an impact fast. Joining this journey right at the beginning allows you to really help shape our path.
Our hybrid work model, with hiring focussed around our head offices in Paris, London and Montpellier, allows us to balance our personal and professional lives while staying connected and engaged with colleagues and clients.
We’re big believers in creating successful businesses that are good for everyone, including society and the planet. That’s why we have a B Corporation status.
We think this will be the ride of our lives. And maybe yours, too.
