Certification Coordinator in Chiswick

Overview
This is a key role in a busy operational team supporting the data analysis and fulfilment for launches and day-to-day support of streaming platforms in multiple regions for both longform and anciliary content.
The rapid processing of high volumes of time-sensitive information allows content to be distributed to platforms and services and correct certification entry is there to prevent regulatory breaches and sanctions, so there is a high level of dependency on meticulous attention to detail.
This role requires an awareness of different local market regulatory parameters and range of certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing high volumes of version-related information in long-form and ancillary (short/mid-form) content
- Understand and apply appropriate certifications in multiple regulators precisely and enter this and other data into the correct systems
- Running of reports to allow prioritising of content. Ensuring those reports are up-to-date and capturing information required.
- Running additional reports to provide tracking and metrics
- Collaborating with other teams, to investigate where certification information is reported as being missing and prioritising certification identification and entry as appropriate.
- Collaborate with local teams to improve workflows and tracking as new services launch and become embedded in business-as-usual and implement best-practice.
- Understanding compliance and content-related terminology, enabling accurate data entry and the ability to spot, understand and trouble-shoot anomalies.
- Additional tasks to be incorporated as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
- Outstanding attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
- The ability to quickly grasp new systems and processes and become rapidly expert
- Familiarity with data management and metrics
- Understanding of a range of regulatory certifications and their relevance
- Understanding of and ability to interpret data and to accurately place this in the appropriate system.
- Collaborative mindset and understanding of where this role intersects with other teams.
- Flexibility of approach and willingness to take on new tasks or adapt to changes in workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
