The ideal candidate will be a seasoned B2B marketing professional and a natural cross-functional collaborator with a deep understanding of ABM principles and strong leadership capabilities.Reporting to the VP, Head of Program Marketing, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Executive Leadership to align on target accounts, develop comprehensive ABM plans, and drive measurable business impact. You will leverage data, insights, and marketing tools to optimise campaigns and enhance engagement. Main Responsibilities • Develop compelling account-focused marketing strategies to drive growth within priority accounts and audiences • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and ABM tactics in line with the strategy, utilising the full marketing channel mix and martech stack • Grow, manage, and develop a team of ABM specialists • Continuously analyse and evaluate campaigns to improve performance and deliver on KPIs • Collaborate seamlessly with account teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders to gain deep understanding of priority accounts and high growth customer segments • Build and effectively manage strong stakeholder relationships across the business and ensure continued alignment on core objectives • Serve as a go-to expert and thought leader in delivering best-in-class account-based marketing campaigns About You • Seasoned B2B marketing professional, with significant experience in ABM, digital marketing, and sales alignment, in a professional services or similar complex B2B environment • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM strategies that deliver measurable business results • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to influence • Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. • Data-driven mindset with a focus on analytics and continuous optimisation • Proactive, strategic mindset combined with the execution ability to tackle challenges effectively • Expertise in using ABM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense, Demandbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) • Experience of the energy and/or financial services industries is a distinct advantage Equal Opportunities We are an equal opportunities employer.
