We’re looking for a Construction & Delivery Team Leader to join us and play a key role in helping us build more homes for people in need. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of Construction & Delivery Coordinators, support strategic growth, and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality housing solutions.
You will provide clear leadership, using coaching and motivational techniques to foster a positive, proactive, and customer-focused service, while taking accountability for assigned tasks and outcomes. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that promote a culture of continuous high performance, supporting the team through change, encouraging personal development, and empowering members to be confident, flexible, and decisive in meeting targets and growing within the organisation.
What you’ll bring:
* Previous management experience, gained within a customer focused environment.
* A passion to lead and inspire a team in the delivery of a high level of customer service, motivating them to meet targets.
* Experience of leading a team through change.
* Experience of working to KPI’s and SLA’s.
* The ability to communicate a wide range of information clearly and effectively with others, using a range of techniques, adapting style to enhance impact and suit the needs of the recipient.
* Experience of monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback.
* Good numeracy and literacy skills, including statistical and performance information analysis.
Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
