The Role

As an Account Manager at Mytr, you will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns, and driving strategic growth. You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, digital, and data specialists, to craft and execute compelling marketing strategies that push boundaries and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges.

• Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales for real estate clients.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring seamless project delivery.

• Work collaboratively with creative, digital, and data teams to develop innovative, tech-driven marketing solutions.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful campaign execution.

• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and contribute to new business development.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within Mytr and for our clients.

What we’re looking for

• A collaborative, can-do mindset. Someone who is happy to flex, learn and support across projects and disciplines.

• 2+ years of Account Management experience, preferably in an Agency.

• Naturally builds rapport and trust with clients.

• Excellent communicator who is confident in presenting ideas and managing expectations.

• A proactive problem solver – someone who anticipates client challenges and proposes solutions, taking accountability and ownership of accounts.

• Someone who understands marketing strategy and can translate client goals into actionable plans – acting as a consultant, not just a coordinator.

• Knows how to brief creative and digital teams effectively.
