Commercial Property Solicitor
- Handle a broad spectrum of commercial property work, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, contracts, and title documentation.
- Advise on freehold and leasehold matters and property-related queries from both landlord and tenant perspectives.
- Manage transactions with appropriate levels of autonomy, supported by efficient processes and technology.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the real estate practice to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through innovative tools and processes that enhance client service and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and develop effective client relationships through responsive, commercially-minded advice.
