SEMH Support (Mainstream Primary)
Part-Time 8:00am - 4:00pm
I'm recruiting for a mainstream primary school in the N21 area seeking an experienced SEMH Support professional to work within Key Stage 2 .
This role requires someone confident supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs , with strong de-escalation and behaviour management skills .
Responsibilities:
Supporting KS2 pupils with SEMH needs (1:1 and small groups)
Implementing effective de-escalation strategies
Managing challenging behaviour in a calm and consistent manner
Supporting emotional regulation and engagement in learning
Working closely with teaching and support staff
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEMH needs
Strong behaviour management and de-escalation experience (essential)
Patient, resilient, and emotionally intelligent approach
Experience in a primary school setting (KS2 desirable)
