What will your day look like?

As our new Senior Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind key projects for one of our large international clients. You will be at the heart of the entire project lifecycle, employing strategic thinking, robust management skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure delivery is timely, within budget, and of superior quality. A strong passion for fostering exceptional consumer experiences is essential. Your expertise in navigating large and at times complex organizations, along with your ability to manage high-level stakeholder relationships, will be crucial to your success.

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Managing the client relationship and expectations excellently
• Developing project scopes, plans, and budgets, while focusing on growth
• Producing high-quality presentations for internal and client meetings
• Managing projects, which includes securing progress across different departments and ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives
• Being responsible for project deliverables being on time and within budget while proactively ensuring that obstacles are mitigated, and project risks are minimized
• Being a daily sparring partner to your colleagues.

You will be the linchpin in a network of closely coordinated Project Managers, Designers, User Experience Architects, and Developers. You will get competent teammates who go the extra mile to help one another. We are a flat organization that loves growing the talents of our people, and many of our people have been at the agency for a decade or longer.

What do you bring to the table?

You are a proactive and energetic self-starter, with a strong personality and a positive mindset.

As you will be managing several projects simultaneously, you are an organized person who can keep perspective while showing great attention to detail. You have a proven track-record in navigating large, international political organizations, and you thrive in the ambiguity that this can entail. We imagine that you bring experience from a client-facing role, understanding that each client interaction can foster deeper and more robust collaborations. You can proactively identify the client's needs, advise on process improvements and unlock new potential avenues for collaboration.

In addition, you have:

• 5+ years of experience being a digital marketing/CRM focused focused project manager or similar
• Experience with strategic management and implementation of IT/creative, web and/or marketing automation within large, complex organizations.
• The ability to identify, and subsequently translate business needs into a concrete project with clear objectives, deliverables, success metrics and KPIs.
• The competence, confidence, and self-discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets excellently
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and client relationship building
• Written/spoken communication in English and Spanish is required
• Experience working with CRM and/or in an agency is a plus
