We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly effective, and committed French Teacher to join the successful Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) faculty at a well-regarded secondary academy in the Hillingdon area of West London.

This is a full-time, permanent position starting immediately.

• Teach French across Key Stages 3 & 4 (KS3/KS4), with potential for Key Stage 5 (KS5) teaching.

We Are Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a degree in French or a related subject.

• A proven track record as an excellent French Teacher with experience teaching the subject to at least Key Stage 4 (GCSE) .

• Native or near-native fluency in French.

• A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.

• The drive to contribute positively to the academic life of the school.

Salary and Benefits

• Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.

  • The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Outer London Pay Scale (The Outer London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £37,870 as of September 2025).

• A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum.
