Client Advisor - Heathrow Airport - Part Time

JOB PURPOSE
The Client Advisor plays a key role in building lasting relationships with both new and existing Burberry clients, delivering a personalised and exceptional experience while achieving commercial success.
Reporting to store management, the Client Advisor inspires clients through a genuine passion for the brand, fashion, and luxury products. As a specialist in client engagement, styling, and sales, they bring expert knowledge and deliver outstanding service at every touchpoint.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Service and Sales
Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs.
Inspire clients with compelling storytelling and brand passion to create desire and loyalty for Burberry.
Deliver a luxurious and knowledgeable shopping experience, showcasing expertise in products, fashion, and styling.
Follow the client journey to elevate in-store experiences—make an excellent first impression, discover client needs, provide expert styling advice, close sales, and nurture ongoing relationships.
Manage efficient follow-up and after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
Support daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards both front and back of house, including stock replenishment, inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom upkeep as needed.
Adhere to company policies and visual merchandising guidelines to uphold Burberry’s aesthetic standards.
Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Client Engagement
Build meaningful and enduring client relationships.
Work by appointment to deliver tailored, personalised service that drives client loyalty and incremental sales.
Proactively identify and attract new luxury clients to grow the client base with a commercial focus.
Drive client retention through regular contact and attentive follow-up on sales and client requests.
PERSONAL PROFILE
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
Experience in clienteling and personalised client engagement.
Passionate about fashion, art, and culture.
Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail store operations.
Awareness of competitor products and market trends.
Comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment.
Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English preferred. Additional language skills are a plus.
