Our client, a successful, independent, and friendly Estate Agency with a vast council house portfolio, is seeking a skilled Property Manager to join their thriving East London team.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties across East London
* Ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practices
* Handle tenant queries, maintenance requests, and tenancy renewals
* Conduct property inspections and oversee repairs efficiently
* Build strong, professional relationships with landlords and tenants
The Property Manager:
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in Residential Property Management (Social Housing background advantageous)
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Knowledge: Confident with property legislation, inventories, and compliance
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CFP or similar CRM, Excel & general IT
* Organisation: Strong time management and prioritisation skills
* Other: Full, clean UK driving licence + professional appearance
