Legal Counsel, Luxury Outdoor Fashion

The Opportunity
The company now has an opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join the business and lead on a range of commercial contract negotiations as well as brand management and IP matters. As part of a small and cohesive business-facing legal team, you will deal with a wide range of matters including consumer law and marketing, e-commerce, data privacy and competition.
About You
In-house experience is key, with commercial contracts and IP experience both being required. Knowledge and awareness of brands and working for a brand is also essential. Broader experience encompassing marketing law, e-commerce and data privacy would also be highly regarded.
This is a unique opportunity to be key part of a small legal team and work closely with a business at all levels, including senior management. It is also an opportunity to work with a brand which has both a long heritage as well as a reputation for innovation and relevance.
