Chef
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, maintaining excellent food hygiene, and supporting the smooth running of the kitchen. This is a fast-paced role that offers the chance to be creative while ensuring consistency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to company and customer standards
Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food hygiene regulations
Assist in menu planning, stock control, and ordering ingredients as required
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
Support and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring teamwork and efficiency
Monitor portion control and minimise food waste
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent service
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Creativity and passion for food presentation and flavours
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Food hygiene and safety certifications (preferred)
Right to work in the UK
