As a General Manager based in Livingston you'll be responsible for:

• Managing the branches in Livingston and Glasgow


• Leading, developing and inspiring the branch teams to focus on providing exemplary customer service


• Driving activity within the teams to deliver upon all branch KPIs and targets


• Building excellent working relationships with customers and other teams to develop a wide network of contacts and to ensure business development opportunities are identified and converted


• Instilling a culture of high operational standards, quality and safety


• Ensuring that there is an inclusive culture within the team and that we strive to be better than where we were yesterday

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
