Health & Safety Administrator

Do I need to be a golfer? … Not at all. We primarily operate as a travel company, with golf being just one aspect of our offerings. If you’re eager to learn, we’d be thrilled to equip you with all the knowledge you need about our product; however, we can’t promise you’ll become the next Tiger Woods. The Health and Safety administrator will manage our interactions and data provided by suppliers in regards to their Health and Safety processes and policies. This is a role great for someone who embodies our ‘Own it, Together’ value, who thrives in an environment where they are collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver against our goals.
Having ’The Expert Edge’ your organisational skills you will manage and produce our operational reporting on Health and Safety. You will also help support other areas of Operations with their administrative tasks including complaints management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
● Maintain and manage health & safety documentation for a global portfolio of suppliers.
● Support the coordination and administration of supplier audits and inspections, including scheduling, document preparation, and follow-up tracking.
● Support customer administrative tasks within operations such as manual rebookings and and other back office tasks.
● Monitor and update systems with supplier H&S data to ensure all records are complete, current, and compliant with legal and internal requirements.
● Log and track actions arising from supplier audits, incidents, or inspections, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
● Support the Health & Safety team with incident reporting involving suppliers and help identify patterns or recurring issues.
● Assist with internal and external reporting on supplier health and safety performance, compliance levels, and outstanding actions.
● Help coordinate training, communications, and updates for suppliers to ensure they understand and comply with our safety expectations.
● Liaise directly with suppliers and internal teams (e.g. Product, Operations, Legal) to provide data and information that supports risk mitigation and compliance assurance.
What We’re Looking For:
● Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or logistics sector.
● Understanding of supplier management and/or health & safety principles is desirable.
● Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
● Excellent communication skills and confidence when liaising with suppliers across different countries and cultures
● Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and digital compliance systems.
● A proactive team player, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
