School Receptionist - Haringey Independent School
We are working with a prestigious independent day school in Haringey recruiting for a professional School Receptionist. This is a high-profile role within a scholarly environment, requiring an individual who can provide a sophisticated and seamless front-of-house service to parents, dignitaries, and staff.
The Role This is a full-time, permanent position. You will act as the face of the school, managing the main reception area and providing high-level administrative support to the Registrar and Senior Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include:
Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors in line with the school’s elite reputation
Managing a complex digital switchboard and filtering high-priority communications
Coordinating the visitor management system and ensuring strict adherence to safeguarding protocols
Assisting the Admissions team with prospective parent tours and open day enquiries
Drafting formal correspondence and managing the Principal's reception diary
