Interim ER Change Manager
An Interim ER Change Manager to:
- Support the organisation through a variety of change programs to reduce headcount - Develop business cases and ensure proposals are legally compliant, providing ER input on the business case - Identify and mitigate risk - Identify and escalate legal or employee relation risks - Be the owner of restructures, redundancies, contractual changes, and people change activity - Provide support to stakeholders and challenge where necessary - Use current UK employment law knowledge to advise managers on change activity - Lead consultation processes - Manage ER processes that may arise from the restructure and change programsRecommended Jobs
