Business Development Manager
Job Details:
- Pay: £80,000 - £90,000
- Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Days Mon–Fri
- Duration: Permanent
- Benefits: Car Allowance £6,325, 8% employer pension contribution, 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Career experience in the UK defence sector (Regular or Reserve Armed Forces service or equivalent government role)
- Knowledge of the UK construction market
- Understanding of relevant procurement legislation and MOD procurement processes
- Strong client communication and presentation skills
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, Defence Studies, or Security
