An outstanding primary school in Hillingdon is seeking a passionate EYFS Teacher to join their dedicated Early Years team from October half-term 2025 . This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a lasting impact during the most formative years of a child’s education.

As an EYFS Teacher, you will create a stimulating and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. You’ll deliver engaging lessons that support all areas of early development and help children build confidence and curiosity as they begin their school journey.

Start Date: After October Half-Term 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver inspiring lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Provide a warm and supportive environment that encourages exploration and independence
  • Track, assess, and report on pupils’ progress, ensuring each child reaches their potential
  • Collaborate with colleagues and teaching assistants to maintain high-quality provision
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, fostering strong home–school partnerships
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and support whole-school initiatives

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching within the EYFS phase
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment methods
  • A creative, nurturing, and reflective approach to teaching
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dedication to supporting the academic and emotional development of young learners
