Team Assistant
- Providing administrative support to 3/4 senior leaders, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Handling correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and documentation.
- Maintaining and updating team records and filing systems.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports as required.
- Supporting the organisation of team events and activities.
- Ensuring office supplies are stocked and liaising with suppliers when necessary.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
