Purpose of the Role:

We are looking to add to our technical team (currently 20 Account Executives) and recruit an account executive who can assist in the continued servicing of the current portfolio of clients in the US, UK, Israel, Hong Kong and Australia.

In addition to the day-to-day account executive role, the applicant will work alongside the dedicated broking and claims teams.

What you will do:

  • Assist brokers with renewals and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and issue formal quotes to clients.
  • Preparation of contract documentation including MRC Slip, policy wording and any mid-term endorsements.
  • Review and improve wordings if required.
  • Review regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Preparation of supporting documentation such as spreadsheets to track complex placements.
  • Ensure premiums and taxes are accurate.
  • Work with finance to ensure premiums are received and paid.
  • Load placements onto PPL.
  • Assist in tailoring solutions for clients and producers.
  • Manage allocated account list.
  • Maintain files and systems in accordance with the Price Forbes guidelines.
  • Continuous training and adhering to the training policy set within Price Forbes.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Cyber/D&O required.
  • Knowledge of the wider London, US and international D&O and Cyber environment, developments and make up.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Understanding of insurance regulatory environment.
  • Strong computer skills (Word/Excel/Broking Systems/PPL).
  • Ability to multitask and manage several clients & projects at one time.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability and willingness for continuous learning and training.
  • Key eye for detail.
  • Customer service focused.
