The Role
We’re supporting a global organisation in hiring an experienced Enterprise Integration Technical Lead to help shape and deliver scalable, reliable, and secure integration solutions across a complex enterprise landscape. This position is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with deep Azure integration expertise who enjoys solving intricate problems and working closely with product and business teams.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional group of engineers, product owners, architects, and delivery specialists, contributing to the design and implementation of modern integration capabilities that underpin the organisation’s ongoing digital transformation. Your technical insight will help define architectural direction, prioritise delivery, and ensure all solutions meet enterprise-grade standards for scalability, resilience, and security. You’ll join a mature technology environment leveraging modern cloud tooling to support the company’s evolution as a digital-first leader within its industry.
About You
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions within a modern cloud environment.
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Azure integration services
- Strong understanding of event-driven, message-based, microservices, and serverless architectures
- Excellent knowledge of integration patterns including synchronous, asynchronous, publish/subscribe, and orchestration approaches
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, providing direction, reviewing code, and acting as a senior reference point for complex engineering tasks
- Track record of managing development teams through large-scale, production-ready builds
- Ability to translate technical constraints into clear guidance for design or product teams, while identifying opportunities for improvement through modern technologies
- Enthusiastic about exploring new technologies and sharing knowledge across the team
