Role

We are currently looking for an Events Sales Coordinator to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Event Sales Coordinator is appointed to provide full administrative support to the Director of Event Sales and the Events team ensuring the upkeep and smooth running of the department. This role plays an integral part in pursuing Rosewood London’s aim to become the hotel of choice for corporate and leisure event organisers. This role offers approximately 40 hours per week spread over 5 working days during normal office hours.

Key expectations of this role are

  • Booking and servicing in-house events.
  • Preparing and distributing all material and correspondence relative to the successful operation of the department.
  • Professionally answering all general telephone calls respecting Rosewood London telephone etiquette.
  • Recording all guests’ requests and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner by the relevant associate or department.

Profile

  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
  • Being highly organised and proactive in coordinating your tasks.
  • Some understanding of the function of events sales management systems preferred.
  • The ability to clearly communicate in written and spoken English via several different communication channels.
