Salary: £29,937.13 | Hours: Full-time, 37.5 per week | 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

What you’ll do:

• Take charge of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away
• Lead and inspire a team of six to deliver up to 1,000 meals per shift
• Keep standards high – from food quality to hygiene
• Manage stock, orders, and ensure smooth daily service
• Support training and development for your team.

What we’re looking for:

• Lived in the UK for the past 5 years
• Legal right to work in the UK and able to pass security vetting and DBS checks
• Relevant culinary qualification and 2+ years’ experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP
• A trade test will be part of the process
