Marketing Manager - Campaigns, Partnerships & Events

We are seeking an experienced professional in the role of Marketing Manager – Campaigns, Partnerships & Events within our UK Private Banking business. In this role you will help shape how we connect with High-Net-Worth & Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients through standout campaigns, strategic partnerships and world-class events. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll use market insight, strong stakeholder management and a sharp focus on client experience to position HSBC Private Bank UK as Best in Class.

In this role you’ll:
- Plan and deliver a range of high quality thought-leadership events from ideation to execution
- Build and manage partnerships that strengthen our proposition and deliver measurable value
- Define objectives & targets for events/partnerships, and evaluate performance against success criteria and Return on Investment
- Lead briefing and coordination of internal and external communications to support campaigns, events and partnerships
- Use market and competitor insight to identify opportunities and recommend new initiatives that enhance client experience
- Manage budget for your activity area, ensuring spend is controlled and aligned to business priorities
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven background in strategic and operational marketing, including multi-channel campaign planning and delivery
- Strong track record delivering high-calibre client events with exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder focus
- Private Banking/Wealth Management experience, with a solid understanding of client trends and the competitive landscape
- Good working knowledge of investments and the ability to translate complex topics into compelling client engagement
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with confidence working across multiple senior stakeholders and teams
