Senior National Account Manager - Grocery
In a world where old school soft drinks, unnecessary food waste and outdated business practices are a thing of the past, DASH is leading the healthy hydration revolution. We infuse our super tasty waters with real wonky fruit. That’s the bent, crushed, misshapen fruit that supermarkets say no to. No sugar, no sweeteners, no worries.
DASH launched in 2017 and has quickly become the market leading brand in a category that has grown over 60% YoY in the UK. DASH has an industry-leading DTC platform, and in 2026 we will sell over 56 million cans in 20+ international markets with notable retailers including: Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado and M&S.
We are incredibly proud to say that we are a Certified B Corporation. We always intend to use our business as a force for good, and now it’s official.
The role:
2025 has been another exciting year for DASH. We wrapped up our ninth year exceeding (quite considerably) £10m RSV in UK Grocery, marking a significant milestone. Now in our tenth year, we’ve expanded our distribution with launches into Morrisons and Asda, while extending our range to ensure we have pack formats for every shopping mission. With significant growth still ahead, our ambition is to scale our UK grocery business at pace over the coming years.
To help accelerate this growth, we have a really exciting opportunity for a Senior National Account Manager (Grocery) to join our growing team.
You’ll take full ownership of our Waitrose, Morrisons and Asda accounts - driving sustainable growth in an established customer while embedding and scaling our presence in two recently launched grocers.
What you’ll do:
· Own and manage our grocery customers, building strong, strategic relationships that drive long-term growth for DASH and the wider category.
· Lead the development and execution of customer plans across Waitrose, Morrisons and Asda, balancing short-term delivery with long-term opportunity.
· Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across distribution, space, activation and NPD, securing listings and landing launches brilliantly.
· Hold full P&L responsibility for your accounts, with accountability for delivering and exceeding budgeted sales, profit and distribution targets.
· Track DASH’s performance in the context of the wider category, clearly understanding the drivers of growth and performance.
· Use data and insight to build compelling, commercially robust selling stories that position you as a trusted partner to your customers.
· Deliver accurate forecasting to ensure strong availability and effective planning across the supply chain.
· Work closely with Brand, Design and Category to bring activations, launches and in-store executions to life.
Requirements
This role will suit someone who is passionate about DASH and excited by the opportunity to play a key role in scaling a high-growth brand in UK grocery. You’ll already have experience managing major grocery accounts and feel comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
You’ll need:
· 3+ years’ experience managing UK grocery customers, either as a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager, with a proven track record of delivery.
· Strong commercial acumen, including full P&L ownership and confidence working with numbers.
· Experience negotiating at pace, remaining calm under pressure and building productive long-term relationships.
· Ideally, experience landing NPD and driving growth in new or developing accounts.
· The ability to analyse category and customer data to identify opportunities and build persuasive selling stories in collaboration with Category and Insight.
· And as always at DASH, we’re looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, think differently, and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you’re motivated by big goals, creativity and teamwork, you’ll feel right at home here.
