At the heart of this operation is an outstanding pastry team responsible for crafting all breads, pastries and deserts across the three restaurants, as well as producing exquisite celebration cakes and show‑stopping display pieces that embody the club’s commitment to creativity, quality, and innovation.Head Pastry Chef Benefits:

- They are looking for a Head Pastry Chef with a wealth of experience working in five-star luxury hotels or multi outlet operations.
- The successful Head Pastry Chef must be hands on, a great leader and be happy to create desserts for multiple outlets and multiple cuisines.
