Associate Director of Technology
- Define the IT strategy and target operating model for a national not‑for‑profit
- Align local technology plans with wider organisational strategy
- Translate strategy into clear, actionable operational priorities
- Conduct deep‑dive reviews across IT, Cyber, Infrastructure, Delivery and Architecture
- Diagnose strengths, issues, blockers and improvement opportunities
- Recommend and implement changes to optimise performance and delivery
- Provide clear leadership and direction to Heads of Department
- Manage performance, conduct and team effectiveness
- Report directly to the Associate Director of IT and track progress against goals
