We are seeking an enthusiastic, versatile, and committed English and Media Teacher to join the thriving faculty at a well-regarded secondary academy in the affluent Richmond area of South West London.

We Are Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) .
- A proven track record as an excellent English Teacher (covering Language and Literature to at least KS4).
- The ability and experience to successfully teach Media Studies to A-Level (KS5) .
- A genuine passion for both subjects and the ability to inspire and challenge students of all abilities.
- The drive to contribute positively to the academic and co-curricular life of the school.
Salary and Benefits
- Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
- The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Outer London Pay Scale (The Outer London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £37,870 as of September 2025).
- A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum.
