A well-organised secondary school in the London Borough of Camden is seeking an experienced and proactive School Administrator to join their team from January 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis.
School Information
The school is a mixed secondary setting with approximately 1,200 pupils , rated Ofsted Good , and is known for its calm environment, strong behaviour culture, and supportive leadership team. Administration staff play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the school.
The Role
As School Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative and clerical support, working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, parents, and external agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing reception duties and first point of contact for visitors and parents
Maintaining pupil records, attendance, and data systems
Supporting admissions, transfers, and leavers
Handling general correspondence, emails, and enquiries
Providing administrative support to SLT and teaching staff
The Ideal Candidate
Previous school administration experience (desirable)
Confident using MIS systems such as SIMS or Arbor
Organised, professional, and approachable
