You'll join a national, specialist practice advising some of the UK's most innovative businesses across technology, life sciences, manufacturing, engineering, defence, fintech and more - helping them unlock significant value from R&D reliefs and Patent Box regimes.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and delivering Patent Box and R&D engagements end-to-end
• Acting as a trusted adviser to CFOs, tax leaders and innovators
• Managing HMRC interactions and complex enquiries
• Developing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
• Coaching and developing high-performing teams

Who we're looking for

• ACA / ACCA / CTA / ATT (or HMRC trained)
• Strong hands-on experience in UK R&D and/or Patent Box
• Confident leading client engagements, teams and managing portfolios
• 6+ years' experience

Package

• £95,000 base + car allowance + bonus
• Hybrid working
