About the role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead loyalty marketing across EMEA, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for our loyalty consultancy and Salesforce loyalty solutions.
Working closely with business development, loyalty consulting, and growth marketing teams, you will deliver integrated campaigns, develop compelling content, manage events and partnerships, and demonstrate the commercial impact of marketing activity.
Key responsibilities
Own and execute the EMEA loyalty marketing plan aligned to business goals
Lead content and communications planning with the Content Marketing Manager
Deliver and optimise multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, email, paid media, webinars, and events
Plan and execute third-party and owned events, including partner-led initiatives
Develop sales enablement assets, case studies, and market insights
Build strategic partnerships to extend reach and credibility
Qualify marketing leads and work with Sales to progress opportunities
Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance
About you
Extensive ( 6-8 years) B2B marketing experience across brand, demand generation, and lead nurturing
Proven delivery of omni-channel campaigns
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Collaborative, proactive, and commercially minded
Experience in loyalty marketing or travel benefits is a plus
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, or marketing automation tools is desirable
