The Opportunity & Role Profile
This vibrant Westminster school is seeking a skilled and confident HLTA to support their teaching team. This is a pivotal role where you will take a lead in delivering lessons and supporting students with diverse needs, including those with SEND.
Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Instructional Delivery: Leading and delivering lessons independently or under teacher supervision, including the planning, delivery, and evaluation of sessions.
SEN Support: Utilising your SEN experience to adapt learning materials and support the development of all learners.
Behaviour Management: Implementing positive behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive and safe learning environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: * HLTA Diploma, Level 4 qualification, or equivalent skill level.
Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
Proven experience as a TA or HLTA with a strong understanding of safeguarding.
