DT Technician | Westminster (Inner London)
We are excited to be working with an Outstanding secondary school in Westminster to recruit a high-calibre DT Technician. This full-time, permanent position is available for an April start and offers a brilliant opportunity for a professional to join a successful administrative and technical faculty. We are looking for an individual who can lead by example in the workshop, fostering a desire for students to explore engineering and design within a scholarly and well-ordered environment.

Responsibilities
Support the delivery of a creative and challenging DT curriculum through technical excellence
Conduct regular Health & Safety checks and maintain meticulous records of machinery maintenance
Use creative methods to help students achieve academic excellence in their practical coursework
Manage the department's budget for consumables and equipment alongside the Head of Department
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an inclusive and professional workspace
Qualifications and Experience
Strong administrative and organisational skills alongside technical workshop ability
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and independently under pressure
Health & Safety certification (e.g., DATA) is highly desirable
Must have the right to work in the UK
