Our client is seeking a Site Manager to join a well-established secondary school in the London Borough of Lambeth. This is a full-time role beginning April 2026 , responsible for overseeing site operations, maintenance and facilities management.

The successful Site Manager will ensure the school site is safe, secure and maintained to a high standard. Duties include coordinating maintenance works, supervising contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the school.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a facilities professional to play an important role within a supportive school community.

Experience and Qualifications
• Experience working as a Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities Manager
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and health & safety compliance
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules
• Strong organisational and practical problem-solving skills
• Legal ability to work within the UK
