HR Administrator | Westminster (Secondary School)
We are recruiting for a meticulous and proactive HR Administrator to join the support team at a high-achieving secondary school in Westminster. This is a permanent, full-time position essential to the smooth operational running of the school’s personnel department.
About the Role Starting as soon as possible, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Manager. Your role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with "Keeping Children Safe in Education" (KCSIE) guidelines. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job adverts to coordinating interview schedules and onboarding new staff.

Responsibilities
Maintain the school’s Single Central Register (SCR) with 100% accuracy.
Process all pre-employment checks, including Enhanced DBS and Right to Work.
Act as the first point of contact for staff queries regarding payroll, leave, and policies.
Assist in the preparation of HR contracts and offer letters.
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative role (school or HR experience preferred).
High level of IT literacy (SIMS or similar school databases is a plus).
The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Valid enhanced DBS.
Salary £30,000 – £36,000 per annum (Full Time Equivalent).
