Psychology Graduate

Veritas Education work with schools in Waltham Forest, East London, to help them meet their staffing needs. We have placed candidates as Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Teachers, Pastoral and behavioural management staff, among many others The majority of our roles are starting in January, with trials and interviews commencing before Christmas. Required: A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or similar subject Interest in working with children (specifically with SEN) Experience working with secondary school children (age 11-16) in some capacity Right to work in the UK Either have or be willing to get an enhanced DBS on the update service, plus provide two references Responsibilities: Exact responsibilities will depend on role but may include: Working with children aged 11-16 operating classes in various subjects. Helping children with special educational needs Engaging with students for 4-5 periods Treating children with respect and kindness
