What you’ll be doing

• Work closely with colleagues across Accenture to deliver innovative strategies.
• Conduct analysis and primary research to build business cases and transformation plans.
• Help clients explore the business applications of emerging technologies.
• Shape organisations to meet the needs of all stakeholders – for today and future generations.
• Build expertise in one of two strategy areas:
  • Business Strategy: Supporting clients with new product development, digital markets, and future growth opportunities.
  • Operations/Functional Strategy: Helping clients optimise internal functions to achieve business goals.
• Develop your skills in leadership, problem-solving, people management, and cross-industry knowledge.

Who we’re looking for

• Graduates with strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
• Critical and creative thinkers with project evidence of strategic impact on their CV.
• Effective communicators and natural leaders, comfortable presenting and leading workshops.
• Intellectually curious, digitally savvy, and eager to turn disruption into opportunity.
• Passionate about business and technology, ideally with:
  • Knowledge of statistics or data analytics.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx ).
  • Programming languages such as R, Python, Julia, SQL .

Where you’ll be based

• Assigned office will be London .
• Expected to work in-person at least 3 days per week , either at client sites or the office.
• Flexibility to travel across the UK depending on client requirements.
